Corvus Energy has secured a record contract to supply battery systems for seven fully electric ferries supporting Scotland’s move toward zero-emission maritime transport.

The battery systems company’s largest-ever order comes from Remontowa Shipbuilding in Poland and covers battery systems for seven new electric ferries being built for Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL), owned by the Scottish Government.
