Sanmar delivers four fully electric harbour tugs

Turkish tugboat builder Sanmar has delivered four fully electric harbour tugs to state energy company BOTAŞ, where they will manoeuvre LNG carriers at two strategically important terminals on the Turkish coast.
The four vessels are based on the ElectRA 2500SX design by Canadian naval architects Robert Allan Ltd, and were built at Sanmar’s Tuzla Shipyard.
