EU funding for ECOWindS project

The EU has pledged to provide some € 1.9m for the national innovation network Offshore Center Danmark to be used for a new three year project called ECOWindS.

Works underway on the offshore windfarm at Samso, Denmark, which has been providing electricity since 2003.
