Finland to China
Kewatec AluBoat Oy, based at Kokkola in Finland, has signed an agreement with Chinese Conglin Group establishing a JV, Shandong ConglinKEWA Aluminum Boat Co, Ltd.
The first 15,000m2 phase of new production facility will be ready for production within 12 months and will build aluminum boats for professional use based on Kewatec marine technology and product portfolio.
Kewatec sees the new market as holding high potential. The arrangement will not affect the operations on Kewatec home markets.
