Acta Marine expands offering
Acta Marine has opened a new office in Paris in a bid to enhance its workboat support services for its French customers.
The Netherlands based company says several large infrastructure projects in Africa and the Middle East have created a “significant demand” for shallow draft support vessels.
This new office will offer French customers easy access to efficient workboat services against international quality standards.
The DP multicat Coastal Discovery has recently been working in French coastal waters in preparation for offshore windfarm construction in France.
Multi purpose vessel Coastal Saga is set to be relocated to the West Africa market, where it will be assigned to a marine construction project in Congo. It will be operating under joint management with Acta’s local partner, Almatug.
Other shallow draft vessels deployed include Coastal Fighter, Coastal Conquest, Coastal Assistant and Coastal Warrior.
