Indo-Dutch renewables MoU
The marine industry is seeing plenty of activity surrounding joint country collaborations in the renewable energy sector.
India is working with the Netherlands to set up a working group on renewable energy in order to exchange technical and institutional knowledge.
The recently signed Indo-Dutch Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will specifically focus on wind, solar energy, biomass and smart grids.
A number of companies are already successfully implementing Dutch clean technologies In India. One of these, DSM, is installing a 1MW demo solar power plant at its Indian engineering plastics manufacturing unit.
