Rohr International Dredge Holdings, Inc. has acquired Eurl Rohr France, including its current backlog, inventory and all associated intellectual property (IPR). Rohr France, which is based in Betting, France, was a Rohr licensee and will continue at the same location, operating as a subsidiary of Rohr Bagger GmbH, a subsidiary of Rohr International Dredge Holdings, Inc.
