WindEurope brings Azerbaijan on board
WindEurope, the Brussels-based association that promotes wind power in Europe, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with major gas and oil exporting country Azerbaijan to develop its wind resources.
The former USSR state is bound to need the expertise and hardware of its European neighbours as it installs offshore wind in the Caspian Sea.
