Fuel-performance technology specialist Fuelre4m has strengthened its leadership team and expanded its UK footprint with the appointment of Paul Bayliss as general manager of Maritime and the opening of a new office in Manchester

Bayliss will lead the company’s maritime division worldwide, shaping strategy, developing partnerships, and overseeing technical deployment as shipowners and operators work to meet increasingly stringent IMO and EU decarbonisation regulations.

The Manchester office will serve as a strategic base for Fuelre4m’s UK and international operations, positioning the company closer to one of the world’s most active shipping, research and innovation communities.
