Rob Mortimer is the CEO of the FuelRe4m Group, which has proved a fuel-conditioning technology that saves up to 20% of diesel. Rather than spending fortunes on alternative fuels that do not pass muster yet, why not put as much effort into improving what is already the best maritime fuel there is, he asks.
