Marine tech firm enters Greek market

Seall has signed a partnership deal with Intermarine Electronics to provide software for its new range of ECDIS products expanding global reach, as well as within the Turkish and Cypriot markets.

Better accessibility

Intermarine, which is headquartered in Pireaus, Greece, develops, builds and supplies marine electronics equipment to a large range of shipping and ship management companies. It also works with private and governmental organisations, fishing boats and large offshore operators.

While it has marketed an ECDIS system for a number of years and designs and produces all of its hardware in house, the company now wants to update this with a new product featuring the latest software technology.

Intermarine Electronics will be stocking the first 25 ECDIS systems with the new Seall software next month.

Seall now powers over 38,000 licensed ECDIS products globally.
