Steel cut for offshore platforms project

Steel has been cut for the offshore HVDC platforms that will convert the power generated at the Norfolk Vanguard wind farms recently sold by Vattenfall to RWE.

The UK offshore wind zone will comprise three wind farms in total, the other named Norfolk Boreas, which will have a power generation capacity of 4.2GW, making it one of the largest in the world.
