High-Performance Starting Solutions: Air and Hydraulic Starters with ATEX Certification

Engine starting made easy with JBJ Air and Hydraulic Starters, offering quick startup times, customizable components, and ATEX-certified versions for hazardous environments.

Air Starters
Air starters designed for starting internal combustion engines and utilize advanced rotor technology. These starters feature a pre-engaged mechanism, providing some of the fastest starting times available on the market. Their simple assembly makes installation efficient and straightforward. Air starters operate within a pressure range of 10 to 30 bar (150 to 435 psi) and are not restricted by engine power, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications. Multiple configurations are available, with pinions and flanges tailored to specific engine models. Additionally, ATEX-certified versions are offered for use in hazardous environments, and central starting systems can be implemented for multi-engine or centralized operations.

Hydraulic Starters
Hydraulic starters offer a reliable solution for starting internal combustion engines, particularly in extreme environmental conditions. They function as independent starting systems with minimal maintenance needs and are easy to assemble. Unlike many other systems, hydraulic starters are unaffected by extended periods of inactivity, ensuring dependable performance when needed. They operate at pressures of up to 206 bar (3000 psi) and can be activated either manually or automatically. Just like air starters, hydraulic starters come with engine-specific pinions and flanges, ATEX-certified versions for hazardous zones, and are compatible with centralized hydraulic starting systems.
