This strategic renewal marks a key step in the company’s evolution following its recent rebranding, aimed at strengthening production capacity, improving operational efficiency and reinforcing its commitment to sustainability.

The project has been carefully planned in collaboration with specialist architecture and industrial engineering teams, as well as the relevant public authorities, ensuring a safe development fully aligned with environmental requirements. As part of this strategy, Solé Advance has acquired an adjacent plot of land, which will allow for the expansion of its production and logistics capacity in the medium term.

The works are being carried out in phases in order to minimise any impact on daily operations. Throughout the entire process, production, deliveries and customer service continue as usual, reflecting Solé Advance’s strong commitment to reliability and service continuity.

The transformation includes the progressive modernisation of the production plant, with the installation of a new test bench, more efficient assembly lines, expanded paint booths, reorganisation of workspaces, modernisation of warehouses and offices, and optimisation of outdoor areas and docks to improve day-to-day logistics.

Sustainability is a core pillar of the project. Materials and rubble generated during the demolition phases are being reused in the construction of the new structures, waste management has been optimised, and the new layout is being harmoniously integrated into the surrounding natural environment.

The project also places strong emphasis on the people behind Solé Advance. Plans include the expansion and reorganisation of parking areas, as well as the creation of landscaped spaces and new rest areas, aimed at improving employee comfort, wellbeing and overall working conditions.
