Olympics Boosts Aggregates Dredging

Londons victorious bid for the 2012 Olympics looks set to contribute to a substantial increase in demand for dredged aggregates. Metoc plc has launched a new service to provide environmental engineering for the dredging of marine aggregates from the UK Continental Shelf to meet demand in the UK South East, which is also expected to rise if construction of the Thames Gateway container terminal is given final approval.
