Finnish Navy Orders Fansweep 20 Multi-beam System
Bremen-based Atlas Hydrographic, which recently reported successful trials of its Parasound DS-2 parametric sub-bottom profiler aboard the Russian Academy of Sciences research vessel, Akademik Boris Petrov, en route to the Kara Sea near Murmansk, has been commissioned to supply the Finnish Naval Research Institute in Helsinki with a Fansweep 20 multibeam system.
