BMF Strongly Opposed to Dramatic Increase in Dredging Costs
The British Marine Federation (BMF) says the Governments Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is inviting comments on proposals to introduce changes to the Food and Environment Protection Act (FEPA) 1985 fee charging system and licensing process by Wednesday 3 May 2006, and says that it is strongly opposed to the concept.
