AEGIR-Marine represents Netherlands
Stern tube seal specialist, AEGIR-Marine, is to represent the Netherlands as a ‘National Champion’ in the 2013/14 European Business Awards (EBAs).
The company has been nominated for three categories: Award for customer focus, Import/Export Award and Infosys Business of the Year Award with turnover of €0 – 25m.
Ruud Muis, managing director, AEGIR-Marine, said: “We’ve been operating for over 13 years in the marine industry and it’s an honour to be recognised as one of the leading organisations in our country and in our field.”
The awards aim to identify Europe’s best businesses with the highest levels of innovation, business excellence and sustainability.
To advance in the competition, all ‘National Champions’ are required to submit a video entry for viewing and assessment by a judging panel.
The public will also be able to vote online for their favourite National Champion from each country. These companies become National Public Champions and one will go on to be European Public Champion. Voting begins in November 2013.
The winners will be announced in April 2014.
