Alicat Workboats delivery
UK boatbuilder Alicat Workboats Ltd. has delivered ‘Gardian 14’ to Gardline Environmental. The 20m catamaran has already sailed from Great Yarmouth to work alongside her four sister vessels already working on the Gwynt Y Mor offshore wind farm project.
The vessel, which can carry 12 technicians alongside 3 crew members is fitted with Caterpillar C32 main engines driving fixed pitch propellers. Capable of travelling at speeds of 30kn this proven craft has continued to be a big hit amongst operators and passengers alike due to its reliability, performance in harsh conditions, and passenger comfort.
