Antwerp – Cuba
The new dynamic in relations between the European Union and Cuba has opened the door to port related training for Cuba too.
At the request of the Cuban authorities, the Cuban National Ports Authority and APEC-Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center will step up cooperation in the field of port related training. Both parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding which provides both for the training of Cuban port professionals in Antwerp and the provision of training in Cuba.
