Axon launches new range online
LAUNCH: Leeds based, marine electrical specialist, Axon Components, has launched its new website which has been updated to feature its complete standard product range.
The Axon standard range includes switch, AC and DC control panels, remote battery switches and circuit breakers, as well as a selection of products from VDO, Chint Electrical and Carling Technologies, for which it is the UK distributor.
Mark Vipond, director, Axon, said: “This is going to make it simple to access our comprehensive product range, offering a useful one stop solution for the marine electrical requirements of both boat builders and owners. We now have all of our standard products available to view online, with full product specification and technical information accompanied by installation instructions and high quality photos.”
The company will also be launching an online retail shop in the coming weeks, providing worldwide sales and delivery of control panels, switches, breakers and contractors.
Axon’s latest product, the AX500 series of remote battery switches, are a range of heavy duty, magnetic latching switches offering continuous ratings of up to 500 amps. Installed close to the battery, the switch can be operated remotely via lightweight cable and its magnetic latching means no current is consumed once activated.
