Boskalis completes DYT activities sale
Royal Boskalis Westminster has completed the sale of the activities of Dockwise Yacht Transport (DYT) for a total consideration of US$40m.
With the acquisition of Dockwise earlier this year, Boskalis also acquired the activities of DYT, whose core business is the transatlantic migration of luxury yachts between Florida, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
These activities are to be transferred to Sevenstar Yacht Transport BV, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
