Cammell Laird clarity

The progress and growth of the separate companies Cammell Laird (Gibraltar) and Cammell Laird Shiprepairers & Shipbuilders Ltd in the UK brought an urgent need for clarification of the relationship between the two. Thus an agreement has been reached. With immediate effect, Cammell Laird (Gibraltar) changes its name to Gibdock.  Cammell Laird Shiprepairers and Shipbuilders Ltd will maintain its name and will have sole ownership of the Cammell Laird name and trademark.
