DSB Acquires Yarmouth Shipping
International shipbrokers DSB Offshore have acquired the business of specialist tug broker Yarmouth Shipping Company Limited, which recently completed the sale of two 50 ton bollard pull tugs from BHP Billiton in Western Australia to Italian interests.
The new Network of Excellence is run by the General Assembly and the European Union and consists of two main areas;
Tom McGinnity from Yarmouth Shipping Company has joined DSB offshore in a consultancy role where he will oversee the expansion of their activity in the sale and purchase of tugs. DSB supplied equipment is currently working in Algeria, the Caspian Sea, Eire, Holland, Morocco and the UK.
