German ropes deal
Gleistein Ropes has signed a distribution partnership agreement with German shipping supplier Uwe Kloska GmbH.
Effective from 1 January 2013, it covers the manufacture and distribution of ropes for German shipping companies and shipyards.
The distribution deal sets out that Gleistein manufactures ropes for distribution by Kloska. Besides enabling distribution of Gleistein products, the agreement also involves the manufacture of an exclusive product line for Kloska bearing the name UKTA Marine.
