Gold Bowl for Williams

The top prize Gold Roman Bowl in the JPMorgan Asset Management Round the Island race last month went to Williams Shipping director Philip Williams in the 25 foot Nordic Folkboat ‘ Tattarat’ . Some 1,566 boats completed the race around the Isle of Wight, raising £ 74,907 (and counting) for charity. Williams, who supplied a Williams Shipping tug for use as a committee boat, completed the course in 10 hours and 46 minutes.
