L-3 Buys SAM
Following its acquisition by L-3 Communications of New York, SAM Electronics is now a member of L-3s Power and Control Systems Group, comprising 10 companies primarily involved in the marketing of complementary ship electronics, power conversion, automation and ship installation, supported by subsidiary and associated companies in China, Denmark, Germany, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Norway and the UK.
The conference will embrace the full spectrum of current developments with regard to best practice in planning and development issues.
