Largest ever Seawork set for 2014
This year’s Seawork commercial marine exhibition is set to be the largest ever, with the expansion of Hall C to welcome over 7,000 visitors.
Organised by Mercator Media, the annual three-day event is held at the ABP Port of Southampton and will run from 10 to 12 June.
The annual exhibition encompasses three halls, an extensive quayside, vessels afloat and a programme of free-to-attend conference sessions.
Seawork has grown every year for the last 16 years and Seawork 2014 looks set to continue the trend, featuring a range of worldwide exhibitors.
By the end of January, of the 400 companies committed to exhibiting at Seawork in June, over 10% were from abroad.
Currently, 14 countries are represented on the exhibitor list, with the Netherlands fielding 15 companies, seven from the USA and five from France. Scandinavia will be represented by 11 exhibitors, but other countries both large (Australia, Canada) and small (Iceland, Singapore) will also be promoting their wares.
Companies already signed up for Seawork 2014 include Damen, Harken, Danish Yachts, Halyard and Suzuki, among others.
Pre-registration to visit will go live in February. Enquiries should be directed to sales@seawork.com or +44 1329 825335
