Finnish oil spill recovery equipment supplier Lamor Corporation Ab has acquired compatriot company Tarwell Ltd, an oil spill recovery technology provider based at Raisio. lamor has also purchased 50% of Tarw-Trading Ltd.
The event organised by the Bacciardi & Partners law firm will take place on 20 June.Lamor now owns the rights to Tarwell’s oil spill recovery equipment and patents and founds a new company, Lamor Subsea Ltd, together with Tarw-Trading Ltd. Lamor Subsea will focus on subsea environmental protection systems and equipment.
