Renewables Consulting Group appointment
France’s Renewables Consulting Group (RCG) has appointed a new direct and head of service delivery to the team to focus on strategy and help deepen its relationships with new and existing clients.
Elaine Greig has over 22 years’ experience in the electricity supply industry, with the last 14 in wind energy development, engineering, finance, construction and operations.
She said: “I’m really happy to be joining a great bunch of people with such diverse and interesting experiences. Our industry is delivering despite continually being challenged and mutating to adapt. I’m confident that RCG will play a key role in future global delivery.”
Ms Greig joins RCG following her previous roles as head of offshore renewables at DNV GL, formerly GL Garrad Hassan, and project director at Vattenfall.
While at Vattenfall she advised on the acquisition of Thanet and became head of onshore construction for the company, before being made responsible for the £250m joint-venture European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre.
