RENK to Buy MAAG
Germanys RENK AG has indicated its intention to take over MAAG Gear AG of Winterthur in Switzerland. MAAG makes turbo and marine gears.
RENK AG plans to partially continue the existing manufacturing as well as the assembly and test rig department with a staff of some 50 people at Winterhur and organise a worldwide service for MAAG turbo and marine gears from this site. MJ Information No: 22638
