Mr Pietro Basciano acquired all the shares of RESONMediterranean in Bologna, Italy last month and changed the companys name toREMED sri. The subsidiary of global hydrographic survey equipment supplier RESONA/S was established four years ago, with Mr Basciano as the local director.REMED sri will continue to collaborate with RESON A/S as their reseller in anumber of Mediterranean countries.
