Since their recent introduction, the new Hella marine NaviLED LED navigation lamps have become the choice for dozens of boatbuilders. The convenient port and starboard twin pack has also proven popular with marine retailers.

A recent addition to the NaviLED range is lamps with 2.5m of twin core marine cable. These unique lamps are ideal for running through bow and stern rails, ensuring time saving, waterproof installations.Compact, dependable and aesthetically pleasing, the New Zealand-made lamps offer all the energy saving and reliability benefits of Hella marine’s advanced LED technology. To ensure safety, the lights are built and certified to 2NM yacht navigation lamp standards. Therefore, they have a minimum visibility of 2 nautical miles, even when yachts are heeling.

Featuring ultra-low power consumption and advanced electronic protection, the port, starboard and stern lamps draw less than 4W combined. Hella marine Multivolt circuitry ensures consistent illumination from 8 to 28 volt DC, even under low battery voltages and high charging loads. For ongoing reliability and an ultra-long service life, NaviLED navigation lamps are spike and reverse polarity protected.

With no filaments to break and a heavy duty construction, Hella marine LED products are highly shock and vibration resistant to stand up to extreme conditions. Completely sealed, the lamps are impervious to saltwater, dust and contaminants. UV and corrosion resistant, the lens and lamp body will not fade, craze or yellow.

The lamps are pre-wired with marine cable for fast, waterproof installations. NaviLED lamps are certified for recreational and commercial vessels under USCG, ABYC A-16, IMO COLREG, RINA, NMSC and Maritime NZ regulations. With a choice of a clear or coloured lens and black or white shroud, the lamps measure a discrete 71mm W x 53mm H x 33mm D and weigh less than 50g.
