MAN B& W has followed up last years introduction of the L21/31 series of genset engines with a new marine propulsion generation of the medium speed engines in power outputs ranging from 1,200 to 1,900kW. The propulsion engine is largely based on the same engine components but with a different power layout and a propulsion optimised front end and aft end design.
