Reconditioned Engine Puts New Life in Old Ferry

Service Center Denmark at Frederikshavn conducted final tests and sea trials last month for the ferry M/F Naus following the installation of a reconditioned version of its vintage B& W Alpha 406-26VO engine.

The reconditioned 600 hp B&W Alpha engine awaits installation, complete with shaft servo unit for a directly coupled CP propeller.
