SAAM completes acquisition of Intertug

SAAM Towage has completed its acquisition of 70% of fellow South American tug operator Intertug in a deal valued at US$49.7M.

Intertug's assets will be integrated into SAAM's own tug fleet of over 150 vessels (SAAM Towage)
