Marine crane for fishery protection vessel

The 5.98 t/m Amco Veba 806.M.4S marine crane recently supplied by Craneking Limited to the Isle of Man Government has proven ideal for use on the island’s purpose built 22m patrol vessel Barrule.

The long reach of the Amco Veba crane is a useful feature

The versatile knuckle boom crane, with its four hydraulic extensions, 10.4m reach and Rotzler TC1 winch, is an important feature of the vessel’s capability.

Craneking provided technical advice and recommendations to meet demanding requirements specified for the crane.

John Summers, fishing protection officer for Isle of Man Fisheries says, “The Amco Veba crane is perfect for our purposes on the Barrule and has already proved its worth and suitability in operation.”
