Codie at SMM 2014
German monitoring specialist Codie is set to offer its tailor-made software solutions for various fields of the maritime industry at the 2014 SMM fair in Hamburg.
In particular, the new CODieBOARD# maritime-management-centre will be presented – a new software suite developed for the management of shipping companies, fleets and vessels. Also third party companies and service agents (like e.g. crewing agencies, local port agencies) can be integrated into the overall system.
The existing product families have been extended and will be available for presentation at the exhibition booth, too.
The CODieBOARD# supervision-centre can now forward damage reports into the new insurance module, which can manage and coordinate the entire claim process with the insurance company.
The CODieBOARD# support-centre now has a ship version, which can be used to enter requests, inquiries and operational problems / defects directly on board.
Also the Codie Isman product line with its Tiquam and ShipShop add-ons have been extended.
All product developments are performed in co-operation with selected customers, and several classification societies have already approved the systems.
