AVEVA to Acquire Tribon Solutions
The Cambridge UK headquartered AVEVA Group has announced the proposed acquisition of Tribon Solutions AB , the global supplier of IT solutions for shipbuilding and marine design.
The 80m LOA Terra Marique is some 20 times longer than the smallest Ally Duck, but the two vessels share seawork common ground in addressing the requirements of European commercial marine operators, contractors and project managers.
