The 27th edition of Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition provides businesses the opportunity to showcase their services, equipment, vessels and supplies to an international audience. Drones advance offshore wind logistics
Cargo drones have successfully delivered equipment between vessels and turbines at Hollandse Kust Noord, marking a first in this type of project for offshore wind logistics.
The aim of the project, using innovative technology from Ampelmann Operations and performed in close collaboration with Siemens Gamesa, was to take a step forward in making offshore windfarm operations easier.
