Next Ocean WavePredictor systems for North Star SOVs
November 4, 2021 – We’re thrived to announce the order by our client North Star Renewables of the Next Ocean WavePredictor system for their newbuild (C)SOVs! The first of these systems will be installed and commissioned in 2023.

WavePredictor commissioned onboard Grampian Tees SOV
January 12, 2024 – Earlier today the commissioning of a Next Ocean WavePredictor was successfully concluded onboard the SOV Grampian Tees of North Star UK.
We thank the crew for the great collaboration achieving this milestone and we wish the Grampian Tees a safe journey!
North Star SOV Grampian Derwent
September 29, 2024 – New Next Ocean WavePredictor system commissioning onboard the North Star SOV Grampian Derwent has been completed by our colleague Sander de Haan yesterday in Aberdeen.
Big thanks to our client for the collaboration on this project and we wish the Grampian Derwent and her crew a safe voyage!
System commissioned onboard Grampian Tyne
May 9, 2025 – We have commissioned the Next Ocean WavePredictor system onboard Grampian Tyne, the first of several SOV’s of our client North Star Renewables. We wish the Grampian Tyne a safe voyage!
