51st Marine Measurement Forum

Abstracts or proposals for 15-20 minute presentations on any aspect of marine measurement technology are invited by The Hydrographic Society UK as hosts of the 51st Marine Measurement Forum (MMF) in Southampton on Wednesday 5 December.

To be held aboard the historic steamship SS Shieldhall, based at the Port of Southampton’s busy Eastern Docks, the latest one day Forum event will once more provide ideal opportunities for informal exchange of ideas, knowledge, techniques and developments across an extensive range of marine scientific measurement activities. Attendees typically include scientists, surveyors, engineers and business representatives drawn from institutions and research bodies, academia, societies, manufacturers, survey companies, consultancies, monitoring authorities, dredging companies, port authorities, offshore oil and gas concerns.

Indications of proposed presentations in addition to planned attendance should be notified without delay to the organisers at: mmf@ths.org.uk. Due to size of the venue, participation at the non-profit meeting will be restricted to around 60 delegates.
