Anglo-Dutch merger
3D and 4D visualisation specialists IVS 3D of Banbury, UK are to merge with QPS of Zeist, the Netherlands, makers of QINSy data acquisition software in worldwide use for hydrographic applications.
Sjoerd Jansen, head of QPS’s parent organisation, SITT, says both companies will continue to market products under existing names while work by their combined research and development teams should result in providing a much stronger platform for future growth, particularly in North America, where IVS 3D already has offices.
