Alfa Laval appoints Head of Marine

Dutch heating technology company Alfa Laval has named Tristan Matthews as its new Head of Marine Division for the UK and Ireland.

The position has been created for Matthews, who will be responsible for driving partnerships with customers in the marine industry ’with a strong focus on sustainability, decarbonization, future fuels and alternative technologies’.

Matthews has been with Alfa Laval since 2016, joining from Marine Capital Sales, where he was business unit manager, UK and Ireland.

Matthews’ marine experience is long: he became an apprentice aged 16.
