Cetos Third UK Response Centre
Aberdeen based oil and chemical spill specialists Ceto Environmental Ltd , which is contracted to the MCA to deal with incidents involving hazardous and noxious substances, has announced the opening of a third regional response centre at Huddersfield.
The partnership company, Briggs Spilfyter, has been bolstered by NPS’ decision to exclusively supply its Spilfyter products to Briggs’ recently established base at Redcar in North Yorkshire. The new venture is now looking to build up a network of specialist distributors who already supply clients in the use and transportation of oil and hazardous liquid.
The new centre, which already employs three people and expects to recruit more, joins established Ceto emergency response bases in Bromsgrove and Falmouth.
