Cosalt Safety & Protection has acquired the Scottish company Seadog Lifesaving Appliances in a deal valued at approximately £ 2.5m. Cosalt describes the acquisition as a natural step forward for both the well established companies. Seadog has been trading in its present form since the 1960s and Cosalts history stretches back to 1873.
