Elliott Transfer to Tees

Elliott Turbomachinery Ltd has transferred ownership, all intellectual rights and all new sales, service and spares of Elliott White Gill Thrusters, White Gill Thrusters , and Gill Thrusters to Cleveland UK based Tees Components Ltd . Tees has been Elliotts principal subcontractor for the manufacture and assembly of thrusters units for the past six years and their principal heavy machinist for the preceding 17 years. Elliott believes the transfer of Tees experienced staff will ensure continuing customer confidence in the business.

The cranes have had their maximum hoist height increased by 3m and outreach extended by 2.5m just in time to greet the largest vessel to ever call at Thamesport. The brand new 8,100 TEU capacity LT Cortesia arrived recently on Evergreen’s China-Europe-Mediterranean (CEM) service, with its sister vessel Ever Champion also due to visit the Medway port.
