Fugro Acquires Thales Geosolutions
Thales and Fugro have finalised an agreement under which Fugro has acquired Thales Geosolutions for 147.5 million in cash. UK headquartered Thales Geosolutions , which has some 2,000 employees worldwide and forecasts revenues for this year above ? 200 million, is expected to complement Fugro insupplying the survey, positioning and construction support markets.
The 6.2 is fitted with a single Honda 90hp outboard engine which will deliver a top speed of 25 knots while consuming an average of only 7 litres of fuel per hour in mixed usage. The custom built Cheetah features a Spencer Carter ‘Solo’ winch on the port side and a 750lb slave hauler on the starboard side commercial console. The stern features a fully removable net shoot.
