P&O Sale Completed
P&O has completed the sale of part of its Irish Sea ferry operations and related assets to Stena AB and has received approximately £ 50m in cash. P&O has acquired P&Os Fleetwood – Larne route, including the ferries European Leader , European Pioneer , and European Seafarer as well as two P&O ferries previously operating on the Mostyn – Dublin route, European Ambassador and European Envoy .
The 80m LOA Terra Marique is some 20 times longer than the smallest Ally Duck, but the two vessels share seawork common ground in addressing the requirements of European commercial marine operators, contractors and project managers.
