Bond with Lyngso Deepens
Essex UK based Bond Instrumentation has been busy since the start of this year securing orders for its partner Lyngso Marine A/S .
Recent successes for Bond include the alarm and monitoring system for Holyhead Marine’s specialised Airbus wing delivery vessel Afon Dyfrdwy . Bond was chosen to supply a Lyngso Marine UMS 2100 system by the vessel’s builders McTay Marine as it was able to meet a very tight budget and delivery schedule. Bond had earlier supplied a larger system to McTay Marine for the research vessel Leonardo .Following on from the supply of a replacement alarm system to Caledonian MacBrayne for the Loch Tarbert class ferries, Bond has secured orders to supply additional Lyngso Marine systems to other vessels operated by the same owner.
Other ongoing projects include the supply and installation of a new UMS 2100 system to the hospital ship Africa Mercy , currently undergoing conversion works at A&P Tyne. Bond has also recently supplied the new alarm system for the tug Powerful , managed by Serco Denholm in Portsmouth and alarm & monitoring systems for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessels Diligence , Orangeleaf , and Brambleleaf .
